SUMMER PROGRAMS

2008 Brochure - (PDF)
Download application - (PDF)

Applications will be accepted starting January 2, 2008.

Application Deadline: May 15, 2008

GENERAL ADMISSIONS Information:

Students should apply for courses that match their areas of academic strength as shown by performance on standardized tests. It is strongly recommended that students apply early, as many classes reach maximum enrollment prior to the application deadline. Qualified students applying in January and February have a much better chance of receiving their first course choice than qualified students applying in April and May.

You may apply online at https://onlineapp.ctd.northwestern.edu/webapp/login.php or print an application that can be submitted by mail. We do not accept faxed applications.

The selection committee reserves the right to interpret the information contained in the application packet in order to select students most likely to contribute to and benefit from a Center for Talent Development summer program experience. Individual courses have different requirements, and students should apply for only those courses for which they are academically qualified.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission to a program. Students increase their chances of securing a place in a program if they do the following as early as possible.

  •

  • send a complete application, including a check or money order for the application fee and tuition deposit

  •

  • apply for courses that match areas of academic strength shown by performance on standardized tests

  •

  • make sure you have fulfilled the prerequisites for the course and include proof with your application

  •

  • list alternative courses, particularly if applying close to the deadline

  •

  • include a complete financial aid application with supporting documents, if applying for aid
